KELLY S. LAWRENCE

Kelly is a third-generation attorney and seasoned litigator with decades of dedicated experience in employment law. Driven by a steadfast belief that everyone deserves counsel fully committed to their unique claims, she has built her career championing workplace fairness and legal integrity.

Kelly has extensive experience litigating employment law matters, negotiating settlements, drafting employment contracts, conducting investigations, and prosecuting and defending claims. She has successfully handled cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and leave of absence laws. Her litigation experience spans state and federal agencies and courts nationwide.

A summa cum laude graduate (top 5%) of Cleveland State Law School in 2002, Kelly spent the first 15 years of her career at two prestigious law firms representing management-side employers across various industries. She then served nearly eight years as in-house employment counsel for two multinational corporations, further broadening her expertise.

In 2025, Kelly fulfilled a lifelong ambition by founding Lawrence Employment Law, allowing her to provide tailored legal solutions to both employers and employees, ensuring their rights are protected in an evolving workplace landscape.
